Umami works without cookies and does not build personal usage profiles. Only aggregated figures are collected, such as pages visited, referral source, approximate region of origin, and browser and device type. Your IP address is not stored.

Measurement is limited to the live domain robertpelikan.com: only visits via this domain are recorded. If you have enabled the Do Not Track setting in your browser, it is respected and no data is collected.

If you write to us by email, we process your email address, the content of your message and any further details you provide exclusively to handle your request. The data is not passed on to third parties.

Contact form

If you use the contact form on this website, we process the details you enter (name, email address and message content) exclusively to handle your request. The details are delivered by email to our mailbox oqueo@oqueo.com via our own form service (forms.onoqueo.com, operated on a server managed by us). The email is sent via the mail server of our hosting provider ALL-INKL.COM (see section 2). The details are not passed on to third parties.

Spam protection

To keep the contact form from being misused by automated programs, our form service processes your device's IP address when you submit the form. It is held in working memory only, to limit the number of submissions per time period, and discarded after 24 hours at the latest. In addition, the IP address is compared during the request with a blocklist of known abusive addresses maintained by us, and is not stored in the process.

The submission is checked automatically for typical signs of spam, for example disposable email addresses or digits in the name field. In addition, a field that is invisible to humans (honeypot), a timestamp, a one-time check code and the origin information of the website sent by the browser are used to detect whether the form was actually filled in on our website. The timestamp and the check code contain no personal data.

Submissions recognised as spam are not delivered. Only the reason and the form identifier are logged in that case, not the IP address. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a working contact channel free of abuse (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

7. Social media profiles (links only)

This website contains links to social media profiles on Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, Xing, LinkedIn and X. These are simple links without embedded plugins. No data is transmitted to these networks when you visit this website. Only when you click a link do you leave this website. From then on, the privacy provisions of the respective network apply, over which we have no influence.
